Partner Amy Block will attend Examining and Cross-Examining Experts, a workshop that will be hosted by The Advocates' Society on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024.

Working with expert witnesses is minefield of ethical and practical problems. Attendees will learn how to navigate the tricky terrain of experts, from deciding whether to retain an expert, to drafting the initial retainer letter, to preparing witnesses for examinations, to qualifying and examining a witness at trial.

Amy will participate in a session titled "Getting the Most out of Your Expert and their Report Part 2: Tendering Your Expert and Leading Your Expert's Evidence – Demonstrations".
