Partner Glenn Ackerley will serve as an instructor for Public-Private Partnership (P3) Law and Practice in Canada, a five-part Osgoode Certificate program that will run from Wednesday, September 27th - Wednesday, October 25th.

Over five modules, attendees will learn from a multidisciplinary faculty of industry and legal experts. Focusing on real-world examples, they will engage in problem-solving exercises and group discussions to develop the crucial knowledge and tools they need to support the creation of suitable legal risk management and dispute resolution practices, processes and procedures within the organization.

Glenn's module, "Resolving Disputes: What Have I Gotten into Over the Next 20 Years?", will be held on October 18th. The module provides an overview of different approaches to resolving disputes and how to employ a dispute avoidance mindset, and guides attendees through practical sessions and an interactive activity.

This program is eligible for 37 total CPD Hours with the Law Society of Ontario.
