Janet will present Vapour Intrusion Liability in Ontario: Statutory Authority, Regulatory Guidance, and Professional Exposure, examining the legal and regulatory framework governing vapour intrusion in Ontario, with a particular focus on liability considerations and professional risk for those involved in contaminated sites and redevelopment projects.

The conference is an educational program designed to provide stakeholders with a complete understanding of the vapour intrusion process, from assessment through mitigation. Presented by VEI Contracting Inc., in partnership with the Association of Vapour Intrusion Professionals (AVIP), the program aims to equip participants with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions throughout vapour mitigation system design and installation.
