WeirFoulds Partner Amy Block will co chair The Advocates’ Society’s Working with Expert Witnesses plenary program on May 13th, 2026. This essential learning session is designed to help litigators build confidence and skill when engaging, preparing, and examining expert witnesses.

The program will guide participants through the full lifecycle of working with experts, including when to retain one, how to prepare them for examinations, and how to qualify and question an expert at trial. It also addresses the ethical issues that can arise throughout the process.
