Eyebrows raised over municipal conflict application

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. For one Thunder Bay, Ont., city councillor, it was also found to be an illegal thing. A recent decision from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court) is likely to raise legal
eyebrows in municipal offices across the country.
