Alan Lempert

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Alan practised at a full-service law firm in Winnipeg, where he worked in their corporate and commercial group.

Alan’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions of corporations and assets, startups, joint venture and transaction structuring, corporate finance, takeovers, amalgamations, corporate governance, shareholder and partnership agreements, corporate-planning advisory services, and complex commercial agreements.

Alan has a broad base of experience acquired by advising clients in various industries and at various stages of development. He has wide-ranging experience drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial and corporate documents.
