Andreea Muth is a Partner at WeirFoulds LLP with a practice in the firm’s Wills Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Her practise focusses on business owner estate planning.

Drawing on her experience in both corporate law and estate planning, Andreea advises business owners, entrepreneurs, individuals and families on the legal and strategic issues that arise in business succession planning, family trusts, shareholder arrangements, and wealth transfer strategies designed to preserve and protect family and business assets.

For estates, Andreea is the Secretary of the Toronto Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). For the broader community, Andreea is a Member-at-Large of the Ontario Bar Association’s Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Community Section. Andreea is a frequent speaker and author on business succession planning, corporate reorganizations, trusts, estates, and governance matters, contributing to programs hosted by the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and other professional organizations.
