Ashley Belo Tomaz

Ashley assists with drafting and preparing pleadings, affidavits of documents, motion records, facta, and other court materials. She also manages filings through the Ontario and Federal Court electronic filing systems and helps prepare materials for hearings. She helps keep files moving by maintaining litigation timelines, monitoring compliance with procedural requirements, and supporting the efficient progression of matters. She also assists with document production, including organizing and reviewing large and complex records. Before joining the firm, Ashley worked at both boutique and full-service firms, supporting a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
