Carleigh Bassett is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP. Her practice is focused on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, corporate financing and mergers and acquisitions, and banking and financial services matters.
Carleigh’s practice includes acting for lenders and borrowers in connection with domestic and cross-border loan transactions. Her experience includes syndicated and bilateral loans as well as asset-based loan transactions. She also has experience with a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate structuring matters.
Carleigh received a Bachelor of Arts, specializing in History, from the University of Victoria in 2010. She also received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2013.
