Courtney Lanthier

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Courtney worked at a full-service Toronto law firm, where she developed extensive experience supporting high-net-worth estate planning and estate administration matters, including preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, drafting probate materials for Certificates of Appointment, and assisting executors through complex estate administrations. Her experience also includes preparing estate and trust accountings, supporting domestic/marriage contract matters through financial disclosure preparation, and contributing to estates-focused thought leadership.
