Damian’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Damian practised at a prominent Toronto litigation firm, where he independently managed a broad litigation caseload. Damian has extensive experience in advising clients on litigation, settlement, and enforcement strategies across a range of disputes, including insurance and commercial litigation matters. Damian received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Academically, he completed a litigation practicum focused on trial and appellate advocacy, interned with the Department of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, and served as a legal writing leader with the Faculty’s Legal Writing Academy. Outside of the classroom, Damian co-founded the Allies in Law mentorship program, and coordinated “Lobbycon,” a student-led conference focused on lobbying government officials for immigration and refugee policy change. Damian also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with High Distinction and was awarded the Silver Medal.
