Ernesto Aleman

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Ernesto worked at a full-service Toronto law firm, where he developed extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients on a wide range of corporate matters. His work has included corporate reorganizations, incorporations, amalgamations, extra-provincial registrations, limited partnerships, and asset and share purchase transactions, as well as the preparation and maintenance of corporate records and related transaction documents.

With more than 14 years of law clerk experience and ILCO certification, Ernesto brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to supporting corporate matters, with a strong understanding of the processes, filings, and records management that help matters move forward efficiently.
