Hayden Trbizan is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.
Hayden maintains a broad corporate/commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on real property and construction disputes.
With a collaborative and assiduous approach to dispute resolution, Hayden adeptly caters to a wide range of clients and their specific needs. He has successfully represented international corporations, small businesses, and individuals in an array of matters, including breach of contract claims, lien actions, commercial leasing, contested transactions, shareholder remedies, and professional negligence. He has experience in each stage of litigation and has appeared before multiple levels of court in Ontario.
Hayden earned both a Canadian and American J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During law school, he gained a unique perspective of the judicial process while clerking for the Honourable Judge Michael Servitto at the 16th Circuit Court of Michigan. He further volunteered at Windsor’s Community Legal Aid, where he advocated in a variety of civil cases.
In his spare time, Hayden enjoys being with friends and family and keeps up an active lifestyle through hockey, golf, and snowboarding.
