Homa Monajem

Before joining the firm, Homa was the Legal Services Manager at a global design, engineering and management consulting company. In this role, she drafted and reviewed a broad range of corporate documents, including incorporations and organizational documents, amalgamations, revivals, amendments, dissolutions and continuances across multiple jurisdictions in Canada and in the US, and performed corporate searches, among other responsibilities. Homa will also be closely involved with the Minute Box migration project.
