Homa Monajem

Before joining the firm, Homa worked in-house as the Legal Services Manager at a global design, engineering, and architecture consulting company. In this role, she drafted and reviewed a broad range of corporate documents, including incorporations, amalgamations, revivals, amendments, dissolutions and continuances across multiple jurisdictions and worldwide, conducted minute book reviews, performed corporate searches, worked on thousands of licenses and registrations with US and Canadian professional boards, and worked to put in place a new entity and document management system, changing the way records were maintained in the company.
