Jill Snelgrove is a Partner in the Construction practice group at WeirFoulds with a focus on construction litigation.

Jill represents individual and corporate clients across the construction industry and in relation to matters including: the preservation and enforcement of liens, breach of trust claims and construction contract disputes.

She appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before ethe Court of Appeal. She also represents clients through various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, adjudications and arbitrations.

Jill has been recognized as a “Leading Associate” in The Legal 500 Canada and as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in Canada for her work in Construction Law.
