Katherine Phung

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Katherine was a commercial real estate Law Clerk at a large Toronto law firm, supporting complex property transactions, easements, development matters, and conversions to Land Titles Absolute. She routinely handled title and off-title due diligence, drafted requisition letters and closing documents (including Teraview/OnLand materials), and coordinated key closing logistics such as title insurance and flow of funds.

Earlier in her career, Katherine worked as a Legal Assistant at a large Toronto law firm.
