Matt Lewis-Strauch is the Chief People Officer at WeirFoulds LLP.

Working closely with the Management Committee, Matt provides leadership and the strategic planning necessary to ensure that WeirFoulds’ workplace culture is positioned to adapt to evolving needs and expectations. Additionally, he is responsible for leading the firm’s Human Resources and Legal Talent teams, in addition to spearheading Equity, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Matt possesses a wealth of experience in international talent management, human capital consulting, and business development. Throughout his career, he has focused on improving organizational effectiveness by implementing strategic approaches to talent acquisition and management.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, he worked at a leading financial services organization that operates in key markets around the world, where he was in leader in the HR organization focused on Talent and Culture strategy.
