Nailah Ramsoomair is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Nailah’s practice is focused on construction law, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to clients engaged in complex construction projects. She represents a range of parties involved in construction disputes, including, contractors, subcontractors, owners, and developers at all stages of the litigation process.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Nailah practised at both a national firm and a leading litigation boutique where she gained experience in complex litigation, arbitrations, and adjudications, with a focus on construction, real property, and commercial disputes. She has represented corporations, shareholders, subcontractors, contractors and individual owners in complex commercial and construction matters involving contract disputes; shareholder disputes; and construction related delay and deficiency claims. Nailah has advocated for clients by appearing before adjudicators, arbitrators and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Outside of work, Nailah maintains an active lifestyle and can usually be found at HYROX training classes; participating in high intensity interval training; or attending spin classes.
