Nicole Dunford

Nicole offers support in other areas of litigation including the Construction Group by assisting with the preparation of all aspects of litigation files.

Nicole has been with WeirFoulds for over eight years and has worked as a litigation law clerk since 1996 and brings over 20 years of experience to WeirFoulds as a dedicated litigation law clerk. Nicole has worked on litigation cases at all levels of Court and has advanced knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedures.  Nicole has extensive experience in managing and navigating all law clerking duties throughout the life cycle of the files. Because of Nicole’s litigation and e-discovery experience, she is a source of knowledge and support within the firm.

Before joining WeirFoulds, one of Nicole’s most memorable moments as a law clerk was working on the Walkerton Class Action meeting and working with residents through to completion of their claims.
