Nicole Salama is the Acting Director, Legal Talent at WeirFoulds LLP, covering Ellen Dalicandro’s maternity leave. Nicole is responsible for all aspects of the associate and income partner programs including performance management, career development, mentoring, and training.

Working closely with the senior leadership team to advance all aspects of professional development and engagement of legal professionals at WeirFoulds, Nicole is responsible for all aspects of the student, associate, and income partner programs including performance management, career development, mentoring, and training.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Nicole was the Director of Legal Talent at a leading regional law firm, managed the associate and law clerk programs at the Toronto office of an international firm and worked in legal education at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to working at the law school, Nicole spent several years practicing commercial litigation at a mid-size downtown Toronto law firm. Nicole was called to the Bar in 2005, obtained her Bachelor of Law from Queen’s University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

Nicole is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), and Co-Chair of the Canadian DEI Working Group.
