Palwinder Singh is an Associate in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups at WeirFoulds.

Palwinder advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, secured lending matters and corporate governance. She works closely with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle from due diligence and structuring to negotiation, documentation and closing.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Palwinder practised business law at a national law firm, where she advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, secured lending transactions and corporate governance matters.
