Prior to joining the firm, Rijja practised corporate and securities law, advising registrants, investment funds, and private issuers on regulatory compliance, fund formations, financings, and corporate reorganizations.

At WeirFoulds, Rijja advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public and private financings, fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other capital markets transactions.

In her spare time, Rijja enjoys playing volleyball, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
