Bill Ross is a senior corporate lawyer who has extensive experience advising international public corporations, entrepreneurially-owned private businesses and not-for-profit corporations on corporate legal issues and corporate governance.

Bill has a diverse practice in corporate, commercial and not-for-profit law and has had experience in virtually all areas of those practices. His areas of practice include corporate governance, franchising, acquisitions and mergers, corporate financing, corporate restructuring, securities, competition, charities (with particular emphasis on health care entities), employment (including contracts, benefits, pensions and compensation plans), libel, and intellectual property.

Bill has served as a director of several Canadian corporations, including public, private, charitable and Crown corporations. This experience gives him insight into the needs of his corporate clients allowing him to provide the best strategic advice and insight.

Previous directorships include, the Royal Canadian Mint, Canada Development Investment Corporation (Chair), Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation (Chair), National Ballet of Canada, National Ballet Foundation (Secretary), Providence Centre, Chapters Inc., Keg Restaurants Inc. and Clean Environment Mutual Funds Ltd.
