1976 - SkyDome

The firm is retained by the City of Toronto in the re-development of 150 acres of prime land near the waterfront. This is the largest such urban re-development project in Canadian history and leads to the construction of SkyDome (now Rogers Centre), 14 million sq. ft. of office and hotel space and 6,000 housing units.
