She served as WeirFoulds’ Managing Partner from 2007 – 2012, and at the time of her appointment was one of the first female managing partners of a major law firm in Canada. During her tenure, she heavily advocated for the inclusion of women on significant and influential firm committees, which played a significant role in creating a more equitable working environment at the firm.
