With a distinguished legal career spanning more than two decades, Denise has become a trusted advisor and respected voice in her field. Her depth of experience and unwavering commitment to client success have shaped her reputation as a leader in municipal and land use planning law. Recognized by leading directories such as Best Lawyers in Canada, Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and Chambers Canada Guide, Denise’s professional excellence speaks for itself. Beyond her practice, she has made significant contributions to the legal community through thought leadership and education, serving as Co-Chair of the Cambridge Forum for Land Use Planning and sharing her expertise as a sessional professor at the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning.
