WeirFoulds proudly continues to participate in Progress Place’s Transitional Employment Program: video

WeirFoulds is proud to have been honoured once again for its leadership in the Transitional Employment Program at the 2019 Taking Care of Business Breakfast hosted by Progress Place. WeirFoulds has been an employment partner to Progress Place for many years and has been a continued supporter of the powerful work and broad services that the organization provides.

The firm was invited to participate in Progress Place’s recent promotional video, which highlights the benefits of its Transitional Employment Program to both members and employment partners. The video includes Sara Swartz-Hawley, Director, Marketing and Business Development, and Mariza Monteiro, HR and Payroll Coordinator, as well as a current Progress Place member and part-time employee at WeirFoulds, Freta, who speak about the positive impact that the program has had on both the firm and Freta’s life.

“We feel so honoured to be recognized once again by Progress Place as a leader in its Transitional Employment Program,” said Sara Swartz-Hawley. “Everyone deserves the opportunity to transition into or back to the workforce, and we are happy to help provide that opportunity to members. We are even more grateful for the hard work and dedication that these individuals bring to our firm – they truly make a positive difference in our office culture.”
