His experience in secured lending and financial services also informs his work on business and real property acquisition financing.
Before joining WeirFoulds, Adam articled and practised at a full-service regional law firm in the GTA.
Natasha Barrett | Regulatory
Natasha advises organizations on governance, tax, contractual and transactional matters.
Her experience spans private practice and in-house counsel roles, and she has supported organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large international charities with formation, governance, regulatory compliance and tax-exempt structuring.
