Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Delara practiced corporate and commercial law at an established business and technology law firm specializing in emerging growth companies and venture capital in Toronto, after practicing with the corporate and technology group of a well-known full-service regional law firm in British Columbia.
Jeremy Power – Infrastructure and Construction
Jeremy is an associate in our infrastructure and construction law practice groups. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Jeremy practiced at a full-service international law firm and at a top ranked boutique commercial real estate firm. Jeremy’s practice includes construction law, infrastructure law, roofing law, public law, corporate and commercial law, and commercial real estate.
