Kirk Brown
Kirk is an Associate in our Construction Law Practice Group. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Kirk practiced at one of Canada’s leading boutique construction law firms where he also completed his Articles. Kirk has experience in a wide variety of matters ranging from complex transportation infrastructure projects to handling actions in the Small Claims Court. Most recently, Kirk worked as in-house Counsel for a major insurance company supporting its Surety line of business.
Dylan Dilks
Dylan is an Associate in our Construction Law Practice Group. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Dylan practiced as a commercial and civil litigator at a multi-service law firm in Ottawa. He has significant experience in successfully representing his clients in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Small Claims Court, and Ontario Court of Justice. His practice includes commercial law and construction law, and previously included estate law.
