Paul Conrod – Construction
Paul represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals on files relating to a variety of construction law issues including liens, negligence, breach of contract and delay.
Satnam Dosanjh – Private Equity
Satnam’s practice is focused on private equity and general corporate commercial matters. He also assists the firm’s Cannabis Group on the financing and licensing aspects of cannabis law.
Talia Rotman – Real Estate
Talia’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate including the acquisition, sale, financing and development of land.
Alvin Yau – Private Equity
Alvin’s practice is focused on corporate reorganizations, asset-backed lending transactions, shareholder disputes, and tax disputes.
