WeirFoulds welcomes Marie-Pier Nadeau to the Subrogation & Recovery Practice Group

WeirFoulds is pleased to announce that Marie-Pier Nadeau has joined the firm as a part of the Subrogation & Recovery Practice Group.

Marie-Pier has a thorough understanding of the insurance industry and regularly provides her clients with clear and practical advice. She is called to both the Quebec and Ontario bars, and practices across Canada.

Marie-Pier has a science background that offers a unique perspective to her practice. She is dedicated to advocacy and earned her civil law degree from Laval University in 2006 with distinction.

“We are so glad to add Marie-Pier to our team. Her extensive experience in Subrogation and Recovery, and her ability to assist clients in both English and French, allows us to further expand our service offerings to our clients,” said Raj Datt, Chair, Subrogation & Recovery Practice Group.

Previous to joining WeirFoulds, Marie-Pier practiced at a national full-service firm in the Toronto office, and as an insurance litigation counsel with a Quebec firm for almost four years, where she handled many trials and settlement conferences on her own, and assisted partners during long trials and appeals.

Marie-Pier can be reached at mnadeau@weirfoulds.com, 416.947.5055, and on LinkedIn.
