Dara W. Azari – Securities Law
Dara is an associate in WeirFoulds’ Securities Practice Group with a focus on securities and corporate law. He advises private and public corporations on a variety of regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and corporate governance.
Marc Di Pierdomenico – Securities Law
Marc is an associate in the Securities Practice Group at WeirFoulds. He has developed a practice that focuses on domestic and cross border M&A, public and private financing, corporate reorganizations, regulatory compliance and general corporate and securities matters.
Natalia Sidlar – Commercial Litigation
Natalia is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at WeirFoulds. Prior to joining the firm, Natalia was Crown Counsel in the Advisory Services Group at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office – Civil, where she provided advice to various ministries on a wide range of issues including, crown liability, statutory interpretation, administrative and public law and general civil litigation.
