Alyssa Clutterbuck – Municipal Law
Alyssa is an associate in the Municipal Law Practice Group at WeirFoulds with a focus on municipal law and land-use planning. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Alyssa practised as a litigation associate at a business law firm in Toronto where she appeared before the LPAT on appeals under the Planning Act and before the Divisional Court on applications for judicial review of LPAT decisions.
Tushar Sabharwal – Construction Law
Tushar is an associate in WeirFoulds’ Construction Law Practice Group with a focus on construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Tushar practised at a boutique litigation firm with a focus on construction litigation where he advocated for all participants in the construction pyramid.
