Shawn Tian is an associate in the Technology & Intellectual Property Group at WeirFoulds with a practice focusing on technology, banking and entertainment. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Shawn practiced as in-house counsel at a management and technology consulting company where he supported general counsels on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Agatha Wong – Commercial Litigation
Agatha Wong is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at WeirFoulds with a practice focusing on Media, Defamation and Aviation Law. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Agatha practiced at a boutique litigation firm, where she was involved in a variety of complex commercial and media law matters.
