Following recent amendments to the Construction Act requiring the annual release of holdback and mandatory release within 14 days of project completion, this session will provide an overview of the new rules and practical guidance on managing their implications. The speakers will also discuss strategies for using the new requirements to your advantage while addressing the administrative challenges created by tighter deadlines.
