WeirFoulds associate Nikolas Koschany will speak during a workshop on "Judicial Review of Committee of Adjustment Decisions: What This Is, and Why It Matters", at the annual Ontario Association of Committees of Adjustment (OACA) Conference and AGM held in Ottawa, May 10-13, 2026.

It is a practical session examining why judicial review remains available to some appellants, how courts are assessing Committee reasons, and what recent and sometimes conflicting case law means for municipalities, applicants, and affected residents.
