Co-Managing Partner Denise Baker and Associate Narmada Gunawardana, of WeirFoulds’ Municipal, Planning and Land Development Practice Group, represented Losani Homes Ltd. (Losani Homes) in a successful appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal (Tribunal). The Tribunal held an eight-day hearing in which an Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) were brought forward under the Planning Act with respect to lands known as 1400 South Service Road, located in the City of Hamilton (Site).
