Prior to joining WeirFoulds LLP, Amber practiced for several years at an elite commercial litigation firm in Toronto, where she maintained a diverse commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and construction litigation practice. She has acted for clients ranging from emerging companies to multinational corporations in complex commercial and intellectual property disputes and has appeared in proceedings before the Federal Court on motions and at trial.
