Arman has experience in drafting and reviewing commercial leasing documents including leases, amendments, assignments, subleases, and temporary occupancy licensing agreements. As former counsel for a large international landlord, Arman had the opportunity to work with national retailers in many stages of the leasing transaction. He also provided legal support to the operation of various shopping centres across Canada.
During law school, Arman worked at Legal Aid and was an Associate Editor of his school’s law journal, in first year, and completed an Externship in second year. He continues to give back to the legal community by volunteering his time as a career mentor to students in the Toronto area.
