Christina Tereshyn is a Partner at WeirFoulds with a practice that focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, financing, co-ownership and development of all classes of commercial properties, including offices and retail facilities, big box shopping centres, multi-residential complexes, mining properties, stratified properties, hotels and industrial buildings.

Christina has extensive experience assisting clients across a wide range of industries with all aspects of their real estate development projects, from start to finish. She also provides advice on a wide variety of property related agreements, including easements, licences, encroachment agreements, restrictive covenants and other agreements related to the use, operation and development of real property.

Christina is actively engaged in the legal profession and has a passion for advancing the issues and causes relevant to women in the industry. She is a member of Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (Toronto CREW), an organization committed to providing networking and leadership opportunities to empower women to excel, influence and lead throughout their commercial real estate careers, and is also on the committee of WeirFoulds Women, an internal group dedicated to advancing and empowering women in various skill sets to benefit every aspect of their professional and personal lives.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds in 2013, Christina earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Acted for a residential developer with respect to the acquisition and development of a portfolio of properties worth an approximate value of $50M.

Acted for a purchaser with respect to the acquisition and leaseback of a portfolio of properties located in Ontario and Quebec worth an approximate value of $60M.

Acted as part of a team for a purchaser in the acquisition of a golf course worth an approximate value off $220M.
