Dalal Hjjih is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Before joining the firm as a lawyer, Dalal developed her legal skills with WeirFoulds as both an Articling Student and a Summer Student. During her time as a law student, she worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Windsor. As a research assistant, Dalal’s areas of focus included Administrative Law, Civil Procedure, and Access to Justice. Dalal was also an editor for the Civil Procedure & Practice in Ontario, an annotated guide to the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure, the Courts of Justice Act, and the Limitations Act.

During law school, Dalal served as the Founder & Co-President of the university’s Middle Eastern Law Students Association, the Chairperson of the Justice at Work Committee, the Senior Editor of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues, an intake support worker at Community Legal Aid, and a Gale Cup Moot Participant.
