Dhananjay Tomar

Jay advises private and public companies on transactional and regulatory matters. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Jay practiced at a full-service law firm in British Columbia. Previously, Jay worked as an in-house counsel at an international oil and gas company in Toronto and articled at the Calgary office of a national firm. He received his Juris Doctor from Western University and his Honours Bachelor of Science and Arts in biology and anthropology from McMaster University.

When he’s not practising law, Jay is an avid cricket player.
