Uyên Tran is an Associate in the Regulatory Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Uyên’s practice focuses on administrative, regulatory law and civil litigation.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Uyên was Counsel with the Department of Justice Canada, where she practiced civil litigation, administrative and public law. In this role, she appeared regularly before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Courts.

Before joining the Department of Justice Canada, Uyên clerked for a bilingual judge at the Federal Court for the 2022-2023 term.

Uyên completed her JD at the University of Ottawa, where she was involved with the French Common Law Student Association.

Uyên practices in both English and French.
