Mallory Cramp-Waldinsperger – Regulatory
Mallory Cramp-Waldinsperger is an Associate in the Regulatory Practice Group.
Mallory developed her legal expertise with WeirFoulds as an Articling Student and Summer Student. She received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she completed placements at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and ARCH Disability Law Centre. Prior to starting her legal career, Mallory worked as a project coordinator for a rural non-profit. Her work focused on increasing food security through community agriculture and education programs.
Ethan Levy – Corporate
Ethan Levy is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group.
Ethan developed his legal skills with WeirFoulds as both an Articling Student and Summer Student. Ethan received his Juris Doctor from Western University, where he was a Research Assistant to the Associate Dean, wrote for the Ipso Facto Western Law Student Newspaper, and served as Co-President of the Jewish Law Students Association.
Yatin Sidhu – Technology & Intellectual Property
Yatin Sidhu is an Associate in the Technology & Intellectual Property Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.
Yatin developed her legal expertise with WeirFoulds as both an Articling and Summer Student, and previously summered at a boutique firm focused on Wills, Estates, and Elder Law. She received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she also spent a semester abroad at the University of Amsterdam. During law school, she completed a clinic placement at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre. Before beginning her legal career, Yatin drew on her background in biomedical sciences to support forensic mental health research in Northern Ontario.
Uyên Tran – Regulatory
Uyên Tran is an Associate in the Regulatory Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP. Uyên’s practice focuses on administrative, regulatory law, and civil litigation.
Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Uyên was Counsel with the Department of Justice Canada, where she practiced civil litigation, administrative, and public law. In this role, she appeared regularly before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Courts. Before joining the Department of Justice Canada, Uyên clerked for a bilingual judge at the Federal Court for the 2022-2023 term.
