Glenn Ackerley is listed in the Business Issues category. As Chair of the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds, Glenn’s practice is focused on construction law, construction liens and construction litigation. Glenn fills the role of a “project lawyer”, providing ongoing advice from the start through to completion of a project. He represents clients from across the construction industry – including public and private owners, developers, contractors, subtrades, suppliers, and consultants – in a variety of construction-related matters.
Raj Anand is listed in the Dispute Resolution category. He practises in the areas of human rights, constitutional and administrative law, labour relations, civil litigation, professional negligence and discipline. Raj is a former Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission. In 2012, he was appointed as Chair of the Law Society’s Working Group on systemic racism in the legal and paralegal professions, and he presented its final report in December 2016.
