On July 6, 2020, Kontrol Energy Corp. (“Kontrol”) (CSE: KNR, OTCQB: KNRLF, FSE:1K8) closed a private placement offering of units (“Units”). Kontrol raised $1,977,000 from issuing the Units, each of which consisted of one $1,000 8% unsecured convertible debenture (each a “Convertible Debenture”) and 1,000 warrants (each a “Warrant”) with each warrant exercisable at the holder’s option to purchase one Common Share of Kontrol.
