WeirFoulds welcomes three new partners

WeirFoulds LLP is pleased to announce that Richard Arezes, Conor Dooley and Sylvain Rouleau have joined the partnership effective January 1, 2019. Our three newest additions to the partnership each demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence and a dedication to providing timely solutions to their clients.

Richard Arezes

Richard focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, financing and development of land. He acts for a wide range of clients (including lenders, private corporations and publicly traded corporations) on a multitude of complex commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate transactions and his practice also includes advising clients on the formation of complex co-ownership, joint venture and limited partnership investment structures.

Conor Dooley

Conor has a practice that focuses on securities and corporate law. He advises clients through a variety of capital markets transactions and securities regulatory matters, and has acted as counsel to investment dealers and both public and private companies on transactions involving a wide range of industry sectors, including technology, mining, oil and gas, alternative energy and financial services.

Sylvain Rouleau

Sylvain practises in a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on municipal and administrative law. He practices in both English and French for hearings before the Court of Appeal of Ontario, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court, the Supreme Court and several Administrative Boards and Tribunals.
