Partners Glenn Ackerley and Robert Eisenberg will speak during The Buildings Show 2025 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

For over 35 years, The Buildings Show has stood as North America's largest annual comprehensive exposition, networking, and educational event for the design, architecture, construction, and real estate industries, in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Glenn will provide a "Construction Law Update", which will overview construction law current issues and developments. Attendees will hear what these updates will mean for how projects are carried out in the future.

Robert will present a session titled "Navigating Legal Challenges in Managing Commercial Leases", which will take a deep dive into some of the most common legal issues faced by commercial property owners and managers when dealing with tenants, both new and existing. The discussion will cover key topics such as considerations for drafting new leases, understanding rights and obligations regarding lease transfers, and strategies for addressing situations where tenants stop paying rent or default on their agreements. Additionally, the session will explore what to look for when considering the acquisition of a tenanted property.
